The HDMI-EV is a compact interface board that converts the native LVDS format for Sony FCB-EV9520L, FCB-EV9500L & Tamron MP3010M-EV HD Block Cameras.
The HDMI module provides an efficient and reliable solution for transmitting high-quality video streams over the internationally recognized HDMI standard. It is designed for use with the newest camera models, including the Sony FCB-EV9520L, FCB-EV9500L & Tamron MP3010M-EV HD Block Cameras, offering both digital and analog video output options. This versatility makes it suitable for a wide range of applications, from professional broadcasting to industrial automation. The module supports up to 1080p60 video resolution, ensuring smooth, high-definition video quality, and it automatically detects connected cameras, simplifying setup for the user. It is equipped with a standard HDMI Type A connector for digital video output, as well as an analog Y, Pb, Pr output with 75-ohm impedance for use with older systems. The module's power requirements are flexible, supporting supply voltages between 6V and 12V DC, with a 5V auxiliary output available for powering additional peripherals.
For ease of use, the module offers a VISCA control interface, with options for both RS232 and TTL-level serial control, allowing for remote camera operation. Video output configuration can be customized using DIP switches or the VISCA FCB control software, offering full flexibility in adapting to different systems. With its compact size (48mm x 45mm x 17mm) and a temperature operating range from 0°C to 60°C, the module can easily fit into tight spaces and function in a variety of environments. It also complies with EMC FCC Part 15 regulations and features a UL 94 V0-rated PCB for durability and safety.
