The TL7076 Optical Receiver is a high-performance solution for Sony FCB-EV9520L, FCB-EV9500L & Tamron MP3010M-EV HD Block Cameras, making it ideal for professional broadcast and AV applications. Compliant with the SMPTE 297M-2006 serial optical video standard, this unit supports both copper-based outputs and bidirectional fiber communication, allowing 3G/HD-SDI and HDMI video signals to be transmitted via a single optical fiber cable. The TL7076 features automatic video standard detection, ensuring compatibility with various video formats while maintaining seamless signal integrity. Additionally, it incorporates input signal jitter removal, which minimizes video distortion and enhances overall video quality, ensuring a stable and clear signal, even over long distances.
The TL7076 utilizes a 1550nm SFP transceiver for optical transmission, providing a reliable connection via single-mode fiber (SMF) with an LC connector and supporting transmission ranges up to 10 km. With dual serial control interfaces (RS232 or 3.3V TTL), the unit allows for full-duplex communication between the camera and the camera control unit (CCU), enabling camera remote control via the same optical fiber cable used for video transmission. This bidirectional communication ensures real-time, reliable control over cameras in live broadcast environments. The TL7076 also supports SMPTE-compliant SDI signal standards (425M, 424M, 292M, 274M, 296M), ensuring full compatibility with professional video equipment.
