KT&C IR Cameras offer high-performance thermal imaging solutions built around uncooled LWIR (Long-Wave Infrared) micro-bolometer sensors. Available in both QVGA (384×288) and VGA (640×480) resolutions with 17μm pixel pitch, these cameras capture precise thermal detail with exceptional NETD (Noise Equivalent Temperature Difference) performance and high temperature accuracy. Spectral sensitivity ranges from 8 to 14μm, enabling effective operation across a wide thermal spectrum. Each pixel delivers real-time thermal data—up to 110,592 temperature points for QVGA and 307,200 for VGA models—making these modules ideal for applications requiring fine-grain thermal resolution. Frame rate options of 9Hz and 30Hz are selectable at manufacturing, with <5 second start-up and consistent operation in temperatures from -30°C to +60°C.

Versatile output interfaces include analog CVBS via BNC, as well as digital BT656 and LVDS outputs, supporting flexible integration into both legacy and modern video systems. Image control options include automatic gain control (AGC), non-uniformity correction (NUC), level & span adjustment, and screen-level filtering—available in both analog and digital modes. RS-485 control enables on-screen display (OSD) configuration, while proprietary KT&C protocols manage menu settings. Lens compatibility spans manual and motorized athermalized optics, customizable per deployment need. These cameras also support SKD software development, with features such as hot/cold tracking and center-point indicators (analog only), making them suitable for thermal monitoring, machine vision, surveillance, industrial inspection, and embedded system design.
