The Aegis H.264-BM-Neo Blue Mamba Neo is an advanced, compact IP video encoding module designed for embedded vision systems, offering superior performance for high-quality video streaming and encoding. Powered by the NXP i.MX6 Dual-Core ARM Cortex-A9 processor running at up to 800 MHz, the module supports H.264 encoding in Baseline, Main, and High Profiles up to 1080p60 resolution, ensuring efficient compression for real-time video applications. Compatible with Sony FCB-EV9520L, FCB-EV9500L, and Tamron MP3010M-EV HD Block Cameras, the Blue Mamba Neo delivers a reliable solution for high-definition video capture and transmission over IP networks. With flexible input options, including LVDS, MIPI, and an add-on connector, the module also supports HDMI 1.4a output (up to 1920 x 1080) for external display integration.

The Blue Mamba Neo is engineered for high-performance IP video streaming over Wi-Fi and Ethernet at up to 10/100 Mbit/s, utilizing protocols such as RTSP, RTP multicast, and RTP MPEG2TS for low-latency video transmission. Featuring 1GB LPDDR2 RAM and up to 64GB eMMC storage, it provides ample local storage for video recording and archiving. The module supports RS485 communication (with VISCA/PELCO protocols), 2 UART interfaces, and up to 8 GPIO pins, allowing seamless integration with external devices. Powered by Yocto Linux, the Blue Mamba Neo operates within a temperature range of 0°C to 60°C and is powered by a 6 to 12 VDC input. Its compact form factor (50 mm x 57 mm x 15 mm) makes it an ideal choice for industrial, surveillance, broadcasting, and embedded vision applications, providing flexibility and high-quality video streaming capabilities.
