The Vieworks VTS-9K5X2-H550 is a high-performance 9K TDI line scan camera built for advanced industrial inspection and scientific imaging tasks that demand both speed and sensitivity. It uses a Backside Illuminated GLT5009BSI charge-domain CMOS sensor with 5.0 µm × 5.0 µm pixels to deliver enhanced quantum efficiency, low noise, and excellent image quality in visible, UV, and NIR ranges, even under low-light conditions. Supporting up to 543 kHz line rates over a 4-channel CXP-12 CoaXPress 2.0 interface at 50 Gbps, the camera provides fast, reliable data throughput for high-volume inline inspection systems.

Designed for flexible HDR operation, the VTS9K5X2H550 offers two photosensitive bands with up to 256 TDI stages in single-band mode and 32 stages in dual-band mode, boosting both sensitivity and dynamic range for scenes with mixed bright and dark details. Advanced functions such as DSNU and PRNU correction, user-defined LUT gamma control, analog and digital gain, and precise trigger synchronization options help ensure repeatable, high-contrast images in demanding applications like semiconductor, PCB, and flat panel display inspection, as well as fluorescence imaging.
