Featuring a maximum line rate of 300kHz, they provide real-time high-resolution imaging for fast-moving production lines. Multiple binning modes (2×2: 257kHz, 3×3: 225kHz, 4×4: 200kHz) further enhance flexibility by improving signal-to-noise ratios. A 63dB dynamic range ensures superior contrast and detail, crucial for applications such as flat panel display, wafer, PCB, and high-speed document inspections.
The CoaXPress 4-channel interface, operating at up to 25Gbps, enables high-speed data transfer with minimal latency. Advanced features like DSNU (Dark Signal Non-Uniformity) and PRNU (Photo Response Non-Uniformity) correction improve image consistency, while a user-defined LUT (Look-Up Table) and black level control (-256 to 255 at 8-bit) allow precise calibration.
