Featuring a 4640 × 256 pixel resolution and 5.0 µm × 5.0 µm pixel size, it delivers exceptional image quality with superior sensitivity. Its hybrid color sensor and adjustable gain control enable accurate capture of dynamic scenes with minimal noise.
Engineered for demanding inspection systems, the VT-4K5C-H100 supports a maximum line rate of 100 kHz and up to 256 TDI stages, offering up to 128× enhanced sensitivity over standard line scan cameras. Equipped with a Camera Link interface, low power consumption, and robust thermal stability, it is ideal for applications such as flat panel inspection, wafer analysis, and PCB quality control.
