The Vieworks VT-4K5C-E100 is a precision-engineered TDI line scan camera designed for demanding industrial inspection and high-speed imaging applications. Delivering outstanding 4640×64 resolution with a 5.0 µm pixel size, it achieves up to 100 kHz line rates while maintaining excellent image quality and low noise. With 64 advanced Time Delayed Integration (TDI) stages, this camera enhances sensitivity up to 256× over conventional sensors, capturing even the faintest details in low-light conditions.
Equipped with a flexible Camera Link interface (Base, Medium, Full, 10 Tap), the VT-4K5C-E100 integrates seamlessly into existing machine vision systems. It supports multiple pixel formats (8, 10, and 12-bit) and features adjustable analog and digital gain for optimal dynamic range control. Measuring just 60 × 60 × 36 mm and weighing 223 g, the camera is both compact and efficient, ideal for industrial inspection, PCB verification, wafer testing, and other high-throughput visual inspection systems.
