The camera employs advanced hybrid TDI (Time Delayed Integration) technology, with 32 stages that enhance light sensitivity by up to 256 times compared to traditional line scan cameras. This results in superior image quality with low noise, even in low-light environments. The VT3K7CE100 supports multiple pixel data formats (8-bit, 10-bit, and 12-bit), providing flexibility for various imaging needs, and allows for precise control over exposure with both analog and digital gain options ranging from 1x to 8x.

The camera is equipped with a Camera Link interface (Base/Medium/Full), supporting 10-tap, 26-pin SDR connectors for efficient data transfer. With a selectable pixel clock of up to 85 MHz, it ensures high-speed image processing with minimal latency. Its robust design operates in ambient temperatures from 0°C to 50°C, and is powered by a 10-30 V DC supply, with a typical power dissipation of just 3.5 W. Additionally, the VT-3K7C-E100 features versatile trigger modes (free-run, timed, and trigger width) and an anti-blooming function, making it ideal for applications in flat panel display inspection, wafer and PCB inspection, and high-performance document scanning.
