The Vieworks VT-16K5X2-E300A-64 is a hybrid Time Delayed Integration (TDI) line scan camera, combining the strengths of CCD and CMOS sensor technology to deliver superior sensitivity, speed, and image quality. With a 16K resolution (16,384 pixels per line) and up to 256 TDI stages, this camera provides outstanding signal-to-noise ratios, making it ideal for low-light and high-speed inspection applications. The 5.0 µm × 5.0 µm pixel size ensures high detail capture, while the advanced DSNU (Dark Signal Non-Uniformity) and PRNU (Photo Response Non-Uniformity) correction algorithms preserve uniform image quality across the sensor. Capable of reaching a maximum line rate of 300 kHz, this camera processes large amounts of data rapidly while maintaining high accuracy.

Designed for industrial-grade performance, the Vieworks VT-16K5X2-E300A-64 features four CoaXPress 2.0 (CXP-12) channels, delivering a total bandwidth of 50 Gbps for smooth high-speed data transmission. With a throughput of 4.8 Gpix/s, the camera excels in real-time applications such as flat panel display inspection, PCB analysis, and semiconductor wafer inspection. Key features include bidirectional TDI scanning, trigger rescaling, strobe output control, and GenICam compatibility, ensuring ease of integration into diverse machine vision systems. The camera's rugged 100 mm × 100 mm × 72 mm chassis and M95 lens mount make it reliable for demanding industrial environments. Operating in temperatures from 0°C to 40°C, it offers flexible power options (10-30V DC, PoCXP), with a minimum of two PoCXP cables required for stable operation.
