The Vieworks VN-25MX-M/C 72 is a high-performance 25 MP CMOS global shutter camera designed for precision imaging applications. It features the On Semiconductor VITA-25K sensor with a 5120 × 5120 resolution and a 4.5 µm pixel size, ensuring superior image clarity and accuracy. Equipped with pixel shifting technology, the camera extends resolution up to an impressive 235 MP at 8 fps, making it ideal for applications requiring ultra-high detail. Its global shutter ensures motion-free capture, critical for high-speed imaging. The CoaXPress interface supports data transmission up to 25 Gbps using four channels, enabling 72 fps at full 25 MP resolution and 18 fps at 100 MP. With partial scan capabilities reaching 7692 fps at 4-line mode, it excels in high-speed inspection tasks.
Optimized for industrial and scientific imaging, the VN-25MX-M/C 72 supports multiple exposure modes (Free-Run, Timed, Trigger Width) with an exposure time range of 10 µs to 60 s. The dynamic range of 54 dB, adjustable gain control (×1 to ×4), and black level control (0–16 LSB at 8-bit, 0–64 LSB at 10-bit) ensure excellent image quality in varying lighting conditions. Its shift control system provides nanometer-level precision (0.001 µm resolution, 7.5 µm shift range) for pixel shifting, enhancing resolution and image fidelity. The camera is housed in a compact 80 × 80 × 150 mm enclosure, weighs 1100 g, and is equipped with an F-mount lens interface for versatile optics compatibility.
