Videology 801-IP-678 4K IP Camera with Sony Starvis 2 Sensor, 3840x2160 8MP, RISC-V Embedded Linux, H.265/H.264/MJPEG, GPIO, Optional Autofocus, 1/1.8” Sensor, 2.0µm Pixels, 38mm x 38mm
The Videology 801-IP-678 is a compact, NDAA compliant board-level 4K IP camera engineered and manufactured in the USA for machine vision, industrial, and embedded applications. It features the Sony IMX678 Starvis 2 1/1.8” CMOS sensor with 2.0μm pixels and progressive shutter, delivering ultra-high-definition 3840x2160 video at up to 30fps. Multi-codec support includes H.265, H.264, and MJPEG, with up to three simultaneous streams and latency below 300ms.
The camera runs on a quad-core 64-bit RISC-V processor with embedded Linux, enabling API-based programming, configuration, and onboard application development. Network support includes DHCP or static IP addressing. Additional functionality includes optional autofocus, GPIO, RTC with battery backup, and microSD storage support.
Built for rugged environments, the 801-IP-678 operates from -30°C to 80°C and 25–90% non-condensing humidity. Ultra-low-light sensitivity reaches 0.05 lux for reliable day/night performance. NDAA, RoHS, and REACH compliance ensure industrial and government readiness. Optional M12 lenses (10mm or 16mm) expand optical flexibility, and power consumption is 2.7W typical at 12VDC (max 4.2W), compatible with DC input and future PoE options.
