The Sony XCL-CG510 camera features the Sony IMX264 Pregius Global Shutter CMOS sensor with a 5.1MP resolution and 35fps at full resolution, delivering high-speed, distortion-free imaging for fast-moving objects. Its Global Shutter technology eliminates motion artifacts, making it perfect for dynamic industrial and machine vision tasks.
Equipped with a Camera Link interface and PoCL (Power over Camera Link), the XCL-CG510 ensures efficient, high-bandwidth data transfer, simplifying system integration. It also incorporates advanced image processing capabilities like Defect Correction and Shading Correction, improving image quality by compensating for faulty pixels and uneven lighting.
The camera supports Bulk Trigger mode for capturing up to 16 images in rapid succession and Sequential Trigger mode, enabling flexible imaging setups with varying parameters. Designed for durability, the XCL-CG510 is shock and vibration resistant, making it suitable for demanding industrial environments. An internal temperature sensor provides real-time monitoring to prevent overheating and optimize performance.
