The PixeLINK PL-D775 series of cameras are based on a Aptina rolling shutter sensor with a 1/2.5” optical format. The extensive builtin image processing possibilities (image pre-processing) result in outstanding image quality, less load on the system and higher performance.

The PixeLINK PL-D775 (PLD775) camera series is a compact high-resolution industrial camera designed for precision imaging and automated inspection systems. Featuring 5.0 megapixel resolution and USB 3.0 high-speed connectivity, the camera delivers reliable image capture with flexible integration into industrial vision applications.
The PL-D775 utilizes the On Semiconductor MT9P006 color sensor or MT9P031 monochrome sensor, providing excellent image quality with low noise and high dynamic range. The camera supports 8-bit and 12-bit digitization modes, allowing users to optimize performance for speed or image fidelity depending on application requirements.
For applications requiring rapid focus adjustment, selected models are available with auto-focus liquid lens technology, allowing electronic focus control without mechanical components. This enables fast refocusing and extended durability in automated systems.
Additional features such as external hardware triggering, programmable LUTs, image processing controls, and flexible region of interest (ROI) provide developers with extensive control over image acquisition and system synchronization.
The compact form factor and USB 3.0 interface make the PLD775 easy to integrate into machine vision systems, industrial automation platforms, laboratory imaging systems, and OEM equipment.
