*Please note tariff fee is included in price*
The Omron STC-MCS500U3V is NDAA Compliant a 5.1MP USB3 Vision camera featuring a global shutter IMX264 CMOS sensor. It offers 35.8 fps, precise ROI adjustments, advanced gain controls, and a robust USB3.0 interface.
The Omron STC-MCS500U3V is a compact 2/3″ 5.1 megapixel industrial USB3 Vision camera built around the Sony IMX264 global shutter CMOS sensor for distortion-free capture of fast-moving targets. It delivers a native resolution of 2448 (H) × 2048 (V) with 3.45 µm pixels and supports 8/10/12‑bit output, including packed Bayer formats, enabling sharp, detailed imagery in demanding machine vision environments.
Engineered for reliability in production and inspection systems, the STC‑MCS500U3V offers full-frame rates up to 35.8 fps over a robust USB 3.0 interface with USB bus power (≤3.4 W), simplifying integration and cabling. Advanced features such as wide exposure range, analog and digital gain control, flexible ROI, decimation, image flipping, and defective pixel correction enhance image quality and processing efficiency while supporting deployment in North American and global automation lines.
