The Omron STC-BCS43U3V is a board-level color area scan camera featuring a 0.4 MP Sony IMX287 global shutter CMOS sensor, delivering up to 527.1 frames per second at 720 x 540 resolution over a USB 3.0 interface. This combination of high frame rate, low latency global shutter readout, and compact 27.5 mm square footprint makes it ideal for space-constrained, high-speed inspection and measurement applications where motion blur cannot be tolerated.

Designed for reliable integration into industrial systems, the STCBCS43U3V supports USB3 Vision 1.0.1, USB bus power under 2.0 W, and a C-mount lens interface with integrated IR-cut filter. Advanced features such as full-frame and ROI scanning, edge-trigger and free-run modes, flexible exposure from 1 µs to 16.777 s, and robust gain, gamma, and image flip controls give developers precise control of image quality in diverse environments from 0 °C to +36 °C operating temperature.
