The STC-BBS502U3V-AC is a 5MP monochrome area scan camera designed for high-speed, high-precision industrial imaging. Delivering 2,448 × 2,048 effective pixels at up to 70.8 fps, it leverages the Sony IMX568 1/1.8" global shutter sensor to capture distortion-free images of fast-moving objects, even in demanding inspection and metrology applications. With support for Mono8/10/12 and packed pixel formats, plus advanced features such as ROI, binning, decimation, and image flip, it provides flexible optimization of frame rate, resolution, and field of view for your machine vision system.
Engineered for embedded and factory environments, the STCBBS502U3VAC uses a USB3.0 interface with USB3 Vision 1.0.1 compliance, drawing less than 1.9 W from a +5 V USB bus for simple integration and reliable power delivery. Its compact 30.5 × 29 × 25.55 mm housing with C‑mount, no optical filter, and operating temperature range from 0 °C to +51 °C allows easy deployment into tight spaces and custom enclosures. On‑camera features such as auto exposure, auto gain, defective pixel correction for up to 1,024 pixels, user memory (eight profiles), and event/chunk functions help streamline system design and improve measurement repeatability.
