The Lumenera/Teledyne LT965RM is a rugged 9.1-megapixel USB3 monochrome camera engineered for demanding industrial and scientific imaging environments. It integrates the Sony ICX814 CCD sensor featuring ExView HAD II Quad Tap technology, delivering superior low-noise performance, a global shutter, and high sensitivity—ideal for near-infrared (NIR) imaging.

Designed for 24/7 operation, the LT965RM offers robust performance with IP40 protection, a fully locking USB 3.0 Micro-B connector, and a wide operating temperature range from 0°C to 50°C. It supports manual and automatic gain and white balance, and features high dynamic range (65 dB), making it suitable for high-contrast outdoor environments like traffic systems or robotic inspection.
