The Lumenera/Teledyne INFINITY5-3M is a high-performance 3.1-megapixel monochrome microscopy camera engineered for precision imaging in advanced research, clinical, and industrial applications. Built around the Sony IMX252 Pregius™ global shutter CMOS sensor, the INFINITY5-3M delivers 120 fps at full 2064 x 1544 resolution, enabling seamless live imaging and fast focusing.
Designed for maximum flexibility, this dual-output camera supports both USB 3.1 Gen 1 and HDMI, allowing real-time viewing via PC or standalone operation with a monitor. The camera is equipped with soft-touch onboard controls for white balance, power, and image capture—ideal for teaching, pathology reviews, and laboratory use.
Its 1/1.8” optical format, 3.45µm pixel pitch, and high dynamic range (73 dB) support a wide range of imaging applications including fluorescence, darkfield, live cell imaging, histology, and forensic microscopy. The camera offers selectable 8-bit or 12-bit pixel data, manual/auto gain and exposure, and 2x2 binning for enhanced sensitivity.
Pre-installed with the intuitive INFINITY ANALYZE 7 software, it supports multi-user environments without license limitations, is compatible with Windows 7/8.1/10 and macOS 10.12+, and integrates seamlessly with third-party platforms such as Micro-Manager and Image-Pro.
