The Kowa LM6HC-SW is a high-performance 6mm fixed focal length lens built for 1” sensors in SWIR imaging systems spanning 800nm to 1900nm, ideal for solar panel inspection, plastic sorting, and biomedical research. This C-Mount lens is optimized for 2MP+ sensors with 4.2µm pixel sizes, offering superior resolution of 120 lp/mm at center and 80 lp/mm at edges, along with ultra-low -0.2% distortion. The wide field of view—267.4mm horizontal and 196.3mm vertical at a 0.1m working distance—makes it excellent for machine vision and industrial inspection setups requiring close-range clarity.

With a fast f/1.8–f/11 manual iris and manual focus control, the LM6HC-SW supports precise optical tuning from 0.1m to infinity. It features an 11.10mm back focus in air, compact mechanical design measuring Ø54 x 56.2mm, and a lightweight 215g build, ensuring seamless integration into imaging systems. Engineered for challenging environments, it operates across a wide temperature range from -10°C to +50°C, and is part of Kowa’s HC-SW series, purpose-built for reliable high-resolution SWIR applications.
