The Kowa LM35JS5MA is a high-speed 35mm fixed focal length lens optimized for 1-inch format sensors up to 5 megapixels, offering exceptional performance in low-light and near-infrared imaging environments. With a super-fast F0.85 aperture and AI-DC auto iris, it allows for precise light control in changing ambient conditions—ideal for high-sensitivity camera applications in ITS, security, border surveillance, and machine vision. The manual focus mechanism ensures exact image control, while its CS-mount design supports compact industrial camera systems.

Engineered for maximum clarity across the visible and NIR spectrum (400–1000nm), the LM35JS5MA includes broadband multi-coating and an aspherical lens design to reduce aberrations and enhance contrast. It supports pixel sizes down to approximately 3.5–4.5μm, making it suitable for lower frame rate machine vision systems with larger pixels. A wide iris range (F0.85–F360) and M77 x 0.75 filter thread allow added flexibility for light filtering.
