The IPX NMG-1242B60-W is a compact 12MP global shutter IP camera module designed for applications that require higher subject detail, reduced motion distortion, and reliable embedded video performance. With its 6mm fixed lens, this model provides a narrower field of view than the 2.8mm and 4mm versions, making it well suited for targeted inspection, robotics vision, surveillance, intelligent traffic monitoring, and object detection at greater working distances.
Built with a Sony 1/1.1” 12MP global shutter CMOS sensor, the NMG-1242B60-W is designed for high-resolution capture of moving scenes and fast-changing environments. The onboard 64-bit Quad Core RISC-V SoC runs embedded Linux and supports H.265, H.264, and MJPEG video up to 3840x2160 at 30fps.
The integrated NPU supports MobileNet V2 + SSDLite and YOLO7 object detection, helping developers build intelligent embedded vision systems for AI detection, inspection, monitoring, and automation. Image enhancement features such as WDR, HLC, BLC, 2DNR, 3DNR, brightness, contrast, and sharpness control help optimize video quality in challenging lighting conditions.
