The IDS Imaging UI-1646LE-C is a compact and versatile 1.3 megapixel (SXGA) CMOS camera engineered for industrial imaging, machine vision, and embedded system applications. Featuring the MT9M131 1/3" CMOS sensor, the UI-1646LE-C delivers reliable image capture at 1280 × 1024 resolution with efficient performance for both standard and high-speed imaging tasks.
Designed for flexibility, the UI-1646LE-C (UI1646LEC) supports advanced AOI (Area of Interest), binning, and subsampling modes, enabling significantly increased frame rates for dynamic applications. At reduced resolutions, the camera can achieve up to 270 fps (320 × 240), making it well-suited for motion tracking, automation, and real-time inspection systems.
With a rolling shutter architecture optimized for controlled environments, the camera offers a wide exposure range from 37 µs to 10 seconds, allowing it to perform in both high-speed and low-light scenarios.
The UI-1646LE-C includes TTL-compatible I/O interfaces (trigger input, flash output, and digital outputs), enabling precise synchronization with external systems such as lighting, conveyors, and triggering devices.
Built in a compact 38 × 38 × 20 mm industrial housing, and compliant with CE and FCC standards, the IDS Imaging UI-1646LE-C is ideal for OEM integration across automation, robotics, and laboratory imaging platforms.
