The Fujinon CF16ZA-1S is a 16mm C-mount fixed lens engineered for large-format machine-vision sensors up to 1.2" with 2.74µm pixel pitch (≈24 MP) and 1.1" with 2.5µm pitch (≈23 MP). Fujifilm’s 4D High Resolution optical design delivers uniform MTF across the field with relative illumination >90% (1.1" @ F4.0) and a chief-ray angle kept below 5° (CRA 4.9°). The result is consistent center-to-edge sharpness and low peripheral fall-off without software correction — ideal for high-resolution inspection and metrology where low noise and even illumination are mandatory.

Built for industrial environments, the CF16ZA1S combines a compact φ39mm housing (φ39×67.6mm, ~180g) with manual iris (F1.8–F16), internal focus (length constant), and M37.5×0.5 filter thread. It is vibration- and impact-resistant per JIS C 60068-2-6 testing with optical axis variation <10µm under high shock, and includes mechanical anti-separation features, three positioning holes for iris/focus fixation, a flange-back displacement mark (50cm focal reference), and QR-coded factory QA tracking.
