The CIS VCC-VCL3M is a Made in Japan, NDAA-compliant industrial camera engineered for high-speed, space-efficient imaging applications. Measuring just 29mm³ and weighing approximately 50g, this ultra-compact camera is designed for embedded vision systems where precision, performance, and reliability are critical.
Powered by an advanced Python 300 CMOS global shutter sensor, the VCC-VCL3M delivers VGA resolution (640x480) with pixel size 4.8μm x 4.8μm, capturing crisp, distortion-free images even at extremely high frame rates. With selectable Camera Link Base interface (1Tap/2Tap/3Tap) outputs, it achieves up to 537.6 fps (3Tap), ensuring accurate capture of fast-moving subjects in demanding machine vision environments.
Built for flexibility, the camera features ROI (Region of Interest) and sub-sampling functions for optimized image processing, along with external trigger capability for precise synchronization in automated inspection, robotics, and high-speed motion analysis. The C-Mount lens interface allows compatibility with standard optics, while the DC +12V ±10% operation and low 2.0W power consumption ensure efficiency in continuous operation.
