The CIS VCC-5CXP3NIR delivers precision near-infrared imaging for industrial machine vision applications requiring enhanced material penetration and low-light performance. This Made in Japan, NDAA compliant camera combines a 1" CMOS global shutter sensor with CoaXPress interface for high-speed, long-distance data transmission in demanding factory automation environments.
With 5.3 megapixel resolution (2592x2048) and frame rates up to 85.1 fps (CXP-6), the VCC-5CXP3NIR captures sharp, distortion-free NIR images optimized for subsurface inspection, material analysis, and night vision systems. Its near-infrared sensitivity excels in detecting defects invisible to standard RGB sensors, making it ideal for quality control in challenging lighting conditions.
The CIS VCC5CXP3NIR features a compact 29x29x55mm rugged housing built to Japanese manufacturing standards, ensuring reliability in harsh industrial settings.
