The CIS SCM-RGBD1 is a Made in Japan, NDAA-compliant AI depth camera designed for advanced industrial automation, robotics, and smart sensing. Combining a 2MP global shutter RGB CMOS sensor with a 640×480 Time-of-Flight (ToF) sensor, this compact system delivers accurate 3D spatial perception and real-time AI processing. Powered by the NXP i.MX 8M Plus processor, it performs on-device AI depth mapping, object tracking, and obstacle detection without needing external computing resources.
Engineered for precision and reliability, the CIS SCMRGBD1 depth camera supports USB3.0 connectivity—with optional HDMI and Gigabit Ethernet interfaces—and offers low power consumption in a lightweight 110g housing. Its M12 lens mount and steady 0.4–5m depth range make it ideal for integration into robotic vision, AGV navigation, and industrial automation systems requiring synchronized color and depth imaging.
