The camera supports multiple resolutions up to 12K, including 12K 3:2 open gate, 9K, and 8K, ensuring unmatched flexibility in both standard and high-speed frame rates, reaching up to 144 fps at 8K/4K 3:2 open gate.
Equipped with a PL mount, the camera offers an interchangeable lens system, including a lockable EF mount, providing further versatility. The built-in ND filters (clear, 2-stop, 4-stop, and 6-stop IR) ensure full control over exposure in dynamic lighting conditions. It also features a robust dual 5” HDR touchscreen display (1920 x 1080px resolution, 1500 nits brightness) for precise monitoring and control, along with 2 x USB-C monitor outputs for external displays.
Storage is handled by an integrated 8TB Blackmagic Media Module, capable of handling high data rates for Blackmagic RAW recordings, including constant bitrate options from 3:1 to 18:1. Connectivity is enhanced with 10Gb Ethernet and Wi-Fi for fast media management and Blackmagic Cloud syncing. The camera supports industry-standard Lemo and Fischer connectors, ensuring compatibility with professional equipment. This fully integrated digital film camera is optimized for live streaming via SRT and RTMP protocols, making it a versatile choice for high-performance film productions.
