The Aegis HDMI 4K60 Interface Board is designed to convert native video signals from Sony’s high-performance FCB-4K zoom block camera series, including the FCB-ER9500 (4K/60fps) and FCB-ER8550 (4K/30fps), into uncompressed HDMI 2.0b output. Supporting resolutions from Full HD 1080p through true Ultra HD 4K (3840×2160), the board delivers crystal-clear imaging with frame rates up to 60fps for smooth, real-time video transmission. With negligible latency and support for cable runs up to 10 meters, it ensures reliable signal integrity for industrial vision, broadcast, and inspection applications requiring precise detail and color accuracy.
Engineered for system integration, the interface board supports external synchronization with the FCB-ER8550, enabling frame-accurate multi-camera setups used in 3D reconstruction, machine vision, image stitching, or thermal/visible sensor fusion. Video mode selection is handled via DIP switches, while VISCA protocol control is available over RS232/TTL and USB micro-B for configuration and firmware updates. Operating from a wide 6–12VDC input range, the board also provides a 5V/1A auxiliary output for powering external devices.
