Ximea MC050ZG-SY-UB 5MP Monochrome USB3 Polarized Camera Sony IMX250 CMOS Global Shutter 76 FPS 26.4 x 26.4 x 41.9 mm
The Ximea MC050ZG-SY-UB is a high-performance industrial camera featuring the 5 Megapixel SONY IMX250 Polarized CMOS sensor with Pregius™ global shutter technology. This advanced 2/3" monochrome sensor delivers sharp, distortion-free imaging at a resolution of 2464 x 2056 pixels and a fast frame rate of up to 76 FPS. With a pixel size of 3.45 µm, full well capacity of 9800 e-, and analog gain up to 24 dB, the camera provides excellent sensitivity and dynamic range for precision-critical applications. The sensor's spectral range from 400–1000 nm and Polarsens technology make it ideal for material analysis, glare reduction, and advanced vision applications.
The camera uses a USB 3.1 Gen1 interface with a 5 Gbit/s data rate and outputs 8, 10, or 12-bit RAW pixel data. It supports hardware and software triggering, ROI, binning, and host-assisted image processing features like de-Bayering, LUT, gamma correction, and flat-field correction. With a compact 26.4 x 26.4 x 41.9 mm aluminum housing and C-Mount lens interface, the MC050ZG-SY-UB integrates easily into tight spaces and embedded systems. Power-efficient at only 3.1 W via USB, and equipped with GPIO (3 inputs, 3 outputs), this camera is purpose-built for machine vision, medical imaging, scientific research, 3D scanning, and factory automation.
