The Omron STC-MCS241U3V is a high-performance USB 3.0 camera designed for precise imaging applications that require high-speed data capture and superior image quality. It features a 1/1.2" 2.35 MP Color CMOS sensor (SONY IMX174) with an active pixel resolution of 1920 x 1200 (W x H), offering a compact cell size of 5.86μm. The global shutter ensures accurate image capture even at high frame rates.

In full scanning mode, this camera delivers up to 163 fps at 1920 x 1200 resolution (RAW8-bit), while in area-of-interest (AOI) mode, it can achieve up to 378 fps at 640 x 480 resolution (RAW8-bit). The camera supports flexible ROI settings, with adjustable horizontal and vertical regions, and up to 8 regions of interest. Decimation allows frame rate enhancements with vertical decimation, and it offers a broad exposure time range from 18.6µs to 40s depending on the resolution and bit depth.

The camera is equipped with USB 3.0 SuperSpeed connectivity for fast data transfer and is powered directly via the USB interface. It also supports up to three GPIO and a hardware reset, ensuring versatility in industrial and scientific setups.
