The Omron STC-MBS231U3V is NDAA Compliant a robust industrial USB 3.0 camera featuring a 1/1.2” Sony IMX249 global shutter sensor, up to 41.6 fps at 1920 x 1200 resolution, adjustable ROI, multi-trigger modes, and advanced defect correction for precision imaging in industrial environments.The Omron STC-MBS231U3V is a high-performance industrial camera equipped with the 1/1.2” 2.35 MP Sony IMX249 CMOS sensor, delivering superior imaging quality with a global shutter and progressive scanning system. With an active pixel resolution of 1920 (H) x 1200 (V) and pixel size of 5.86 µm, this camera provides precise image capture suitable for demanding applications.
This USB 3.0 camera achieves frame rates up to 41.6 fps in full resolution (8-bit and 10-bit output) and offers higher frame rates for variable regions of interest (ROI), such as 99.7 fps at 640 x 480 resolution (8-bit/10-bit). Featuring adjustable ROI with steps of 16 pixels (horizontal) and 4 lines (vertical), the STCMBS231U3V ensures flexibility for custom imaging needs.
The electronic shutter supports exposure times from 33.12 µsec to 81.3 sec (8-bit output), complemented by analog and digital gain controls for fine image adjustments. Integrated Pixel Defect Correction (up to 64 pixels) ensures consistent quality, while operational modes include free-run, edge-preset trigger, pulse-width trigger, and start/stop trigger. The camera supports Mono8, Mono10, and Mono12 video output formats for maximum compatibility.
The durable housing (28 x 28 x 40 mm) features a C-mount lens interface and withstands environmental conditions with a vibration resistance of 10G and shock resistance up to 38G. Its RoHS-compliant design ensures environmental safety, while the USB 3.0 Micro B interface ensures fast and reliable data transfer with a power consumption of less than 3W.
