The Omron STC-MBS163U3V is a high-performance monochrome CMOS camera designed for industrial imaging applications. Equipped with a 1/2.9-inch 1.58 megapixel monochrome sensor (Sony IMX273), this camera delivers exceptional image quality with high-speed performance. It features a global shutter, ensuring accurate motion capture with minimal distortion.

The camera offers a variety of frame rate options at full resolution, including 238 fps (frame rate priority) and 200.5 fps (image quality priority) at 8-bit output, 118.1 fps at 10-bit output, and 157.5 fps at 12-bit packed output. The adjustable gain, ranging from 0 dB to 19.2 dB, ensures superior image clarity in various lighting conditions, with a sensitivity of 108 Lux (frame rate priority) and 430 Lux (image quality priority).

Equipped with a USB 3.0 interface for fast data transfer, the STC-MBS163U3V supports USB3 Vision® 1.0.1 and GenICam 2.0 standards, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of software. The camera also supports advanced features such as multi-ROI (Region of Interest), pixel defect correction (up to 2,048 points), automatic exposure control, and image quality adjustment for optimal results in diverse applications.

With an aluminum alloy housing and compact dimensions (28 x 28 x 40 mm), the STC-MBS163U3V is built for durability, withstanding temperatures from -25°C to +70°C and resistance to vibration and shock (up to 38G). It operates on a +5V supply and consumes a maximum of 3.8W.
