Built on a Sony 1/2.3" 12MP CMOS sensor, a 64-bit quad-core RISC-V SoC, embedded Linux, and onboard NPU processing, this board-level camera gives OEM integrators a powerful high-resolution imaging platform in a compact 42mm x 42mm form factor.

The NM-1242B28-W supports H.265, H.264, and MJPEG video compression with up to 3840 x 2880 resolution at 20 fps. Its integrated NPU supports object detection using MobileNet V2 + SSDLite and YOLO7, making it a strong choice for edge AI camera systems where analytics can be handled closer to the image source.

Equipped with a 2.8mm fixed lens, this model is best suited for applications that need a wider field of view, such as parking space monitoring, room analytics, traffic observation, wide-area surveillance, kiosk vision, robotics navigation, and compact OEM camera integration.
